Lasagna
Lasagna are wide, flat-shaped pasta, and possibly one of the oldest types of pasta! Lasagna noodles are usually used in a dish made with several layers of lasagna sheets alternated with sauces and various other ingredients.
Our Gluten-Free Lasagna pasta sheets are oven-ready, meaning you do not need to boil them before preparing your lasagna casserole. They come 12 noodles to a package, perfect for a standard 9” x 13” baking dish. There is a handy recipe included, or use as you choose. They are also vegan.
Note: The recipe on the side of the package is small, and can be hard to read. We have a version with elaboration posted on our recipe site, and that can be found here.
