Gluten-Free Lemon Garlic Orzo
This rice shaped and rice flour gluten-free pasta is delicately flavored with real lemon juice, lemon peel and garlic. It cooks up fluffy like a rice pilaf, and is great as a side dish or in pasta salads.
Orzo makes for an enticing side dish. Simply drizzle with our Asian Dipping Oil or our Basil Parmesan Olive Oil and perhaps a few chopped chives or green onions. Serve with fish or chicken dishes, or make a fabulous pasta salad.
Nan's Gluten-Free Pastas are made with rice flour. Xanthan gum, an all natural plant extract, is used to bind the rice flour and the natural pureed vegetables, spices and herbs.
